Given my strong motivation to address inequalities, I am proud to contribute to a strategy that recognizes the knowledge and contributions of actors from all walks of life, as this is integral to achieving systems change.

As a Research Analyst with CoRe, Shavon focuses on outcomes, monitoring and evaluation, synthesizing research, and developing projects in both Latin America and Africa. She is an analytical and curious international professional, having supported multilateral institutions, civil society, the private sector, and academia in advancing sustainable development. Hailing from New York and of Panamanian background, she cultivates fruitful relationships and conducts in-depth analysis using her fluency in English, Spanish and French. Through her work, she contributes to the revitalization of institutions and collaborations using the axes of social policy, environmental governance, systems thinking, and multistakeholder cooperation. Specializing in research and partnerships, her work reflects a commitment to impactful collaboration around evidence-based strategies. Her previous experience includes roles within UNESCO, the OECD, Macro Advisory Partners, New York University, and the Mission of Panamá to the United Nations in New York. Shavon holds a Bachelor’s degree from Brown University, a Master’s in International Public Management from Sciences Po Paris, and a Master’s in International Affairs from Columbia University.
